Mrs. Tamu Spruill-Barton is a healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clayton State University in Georgia and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing of Illinois. Practitioner Barton is dedicated to quality patient care and service and is excited to take care of you and all of your family members. Practitioner Barton is married with 2 adorable children. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends.

Are your services covered by my insurance?
We are now accepting most insurances including, Medicare part b, Medicaid, Wellcare, Peach state, Ambetter, Amerigroup, Care Source, Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Humana, United Healthcare, Coventry, Cigna, First Health, Multiplan, Oscar, Tricare and Tri-west. If you insurance is not listed here please contact the office to see if we take it. We probable do!
Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?
We have same day appointments. Due to Covid-19 we no longer take walk ins. You now must make an appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).
Are your services covered by my insurance?
Most primary care services we provide are covered by insurance. Our wellness services such as weight loss are not covered by insurance.
